With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for comfort, economy, and safety, the types of electronic products on automobiles are also increasing. Automotive wiring harnesses are becoming more and more complex, and the failure rate of their wiring harnesses has also increased accordingly. Automobile wiring harness The main body of the automobile circuit network, there is no automobile circuit without the wiring harness. Wire harness refers to the contact terminal (connector) made of copper material and crimped with the wire and cable, and then plastic the insulator or the metal shell is added on the outside to form a component that connects the circuit with the wire harness. In order to ensure the simplicity and clarity of the power distribution drawing, this drawing does not need more complicated control relationships and other redundant information (such as wire color, plug-in connection information and detailed wiring diagram of equipment, etc.), a simple logic control relationship is generally allowed. The conventional power distribution diagram generally consists of several parts such as battery, generator, ignition switch, fuse relay, wire, load equipment attribute table, etc, each part of the harness design should pay attention to the following matters:
(1) The fuse shall indicate the name, capacity and type of insurance in China (flat plate, Mega, JCASE, Auto or Mini). (5) In the overall layout of the drawings, try to ensure that the components of the same fuse box are concentrated together to avoid cross arrangement, which can provide great convenience for the later design of the fuse box.
